Every prediction market now has its own page

Open the link icon on any Prediction Alpha row to get that market on its own page. You get its resolution rules, a YES/NO price history chart, the largest holders, and an order book depth chart where the venue publishes one. It also shows the same market on other venues, with any price gap called out.
