Filter prediction markets for Shariah compliance

Prediction Alpha can now hide markets that are not Shariah compliant. Each market gets a compliance score - asset-price and economic-indicator markets score, while sports, elections, politics and entertainment are blocked outright - and a slider in the filter panel sets the minimum you want to see.
