What is a Form 4 filing?

What is a cluster buy?

What are activist disclosures?
Activist disclosures are 13D filings, which are required when an investor acquires more than 5% of a public company's shares with the intent to influence corporate governance, strategy, or capital allocation. 13D filings often precede major corporate actions like board changes, spin-offs, or sales.
How does the insider confidence score work?
Every insider in the database has a track record score based on the forward returns of their historical trades. The score weights size, frequency, conviction (purchases on the open market versus 10b5-1 sales), and historical hit rate. Insider Alpha highlights filings from top-decile insiders so you can prioritise the highest-signal filings first.
What is the squeeze view?
The squeeze view ranks tickers by insider buying combined with elevated short interest, looking for setups where insiders are accumulating shares against a high short-interest backdrop - a classic precursor to short squeezes.
