Regulation and overtime are included. The touchdown is credited to the player who scores it (the receiver on a passing touchdown), including defensive and special teams touchdowns. If no touchdown is scored, the No Touchdown Scored outcome settles to Yes and all other outcomes settle to No. If the game is delayed, postponed, or suspended and not rescheduled to a date within two weeks of the originally scheduled date, the market will settle to the last fair market price.
