Prediction market on polymarket. In the second quarter of the college football game between Howard and Indiana, scheduled for September 12 at 12:00 PM ET: This market will resolve to "Indiana" if Indiana outscore Howard by 17 or more points in the second quarter. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "Howard". Only points scored during that period count; overtime is not included. If the game is postponed, this market will remain open until the game has been completed. If the game is canceled entirely, with no make-up game, this market will resolve 50-50.
