Prediction market on polymarket. In the third quarter of the college football game between Wisconsin and Penn State, scheduled for September 26 at 5:00 PM ET: This market will resolve to "Over" if Wisconsin and Penn State combine to score 13 or more points in the third quarter. If the combined third quarter total is less than 13, this market will resolve to "Under". Only points scored during that period count; overtime is not included. If the game is postponed, this market will remain open until the game has been completed. If the game is canceled entirely, with no make-up game, this market will resolve 50-50.
