Not Financial Advice

You should always conduct your own research and consult with qualified financial professionals before making any investment decisions. Trading in cryptocurrencies, stocks, prediction markets, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Risk Disclosure

By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Market Risk Cryptocurrency and financial markets are highly volatile. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.
• Prediction Market Risk Prediction markets involve speculating on outcomes of events. Prices can fluctuate dramatically and resolve to zero.
• AI Analysis Limitations Our AI-powered analysis tools provide probabilistic assessments. They can be wrong. AI models have biases and limitations.
• Data Accuracy While we strive for accuracy, market data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Do not rely solely on our data for trading decisions.
• Signal Risk Trade signals from MTE or other tools are based on backtested strategies. Backtested performance does not guarantee future results.
• Regulatory Risk Cryptocurrency and prediction market regulations vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with your local laws.

Trade Execution & Non-Custodial Services

Blockcircle provides tools that allow you to construct and route trade transactions to third-party exchanges and decentralized protocols. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Non-Custodial Blockcircle NEVER holds, controls, or has access to your funds, tokens, or digital assets. All transactions are signed by you using your own wallet (browser extension, hardware wallet, or exchange API key). We construct transaction data; you authorize and submit it.
• Wallet Connection When you connect a wallet or provide exchange API keys, you do so at your own risk. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, and API credentials. Blockcircle encrypts stored API keys using Google Cloud KMS but cannot guarantee absolute security.
• DEX Trading Risk Decentralized exchange (DEX) trades are executed on-chain via third-party smart contracts (Uniswap, Jupiter, 0x, etc.). These contracts may contain bugs, be subject to exploits, or experience abnormal price conditions. Blockcircle is not responsible for smart contract failures, MEV attacks, front-running, sandwich attacks, or adverse price execution.
• Slippage & Price Impact On-chain trades may experience slippage (difference between expected and executed price). We enforce maximum slippage limits but cannot guarantee execution at the quoted price.
• Exchange Compliance You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service and geographic restrictions of any third-party exchange you connect to (including but not limited to Hyperliquid, Binance, Bybit, Coinbase, and others). Except where we operate a jurisdiction restriction of our own (see § 4C), Blockcircle does not verify your citizenship, residency, or eligibility to use any particular exchange.
• Automated Trading If you enable automated trade execution (copy trading, MTE signal execution, DCA, or conditional orders), you acknowledge that automated trading carries additional risks including but not limited to: execution delays, cascading losses, and unintended position sizing. You are solely responsible for configuring trade parameters and monitoring your positions.
• No Guarantee of Execution Blockcircle does not guarantee that any trade will be executed, confirmed, or settled. Network congestion, gas price spikes, exchange outages, or API failures may prevent or delay trade execution.
• Third-Party Protocols Blockcircle routes trades through third-party aggregators and protocols (0x, Jupiter, CowSwap, etc.). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these protocols. Their fees, terms, and risks are separate from ours.

API Usage and Data Redistribution

Last updated: 2026-05-18

API and Data License (Pro + API, Pro, Plus Tiers). Blockcircle grants subscribers a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use scorecard data (AMS, MRS, GLS) and other API-delivered content for the subscriber's own internal trading, research, and analytics purposes. Subscribers may NOT: (a) redistribute the data to third parties, (b) resell access to the data through their own products, (c) cache or rehost the data on public servers, (d) train AI/ML models for resale, or (e) reverse-engineer the API. Commercial use within the subscriber's own organization is permitted. Violation may result in immediate suspension and legal action.

Prediction Alpha — Nature of the Service

Prediction Alpha is an information and analytics service. Blockcircle is NOT a bookmaker, gambling operator, betting exchange, prediction market, designated contract market, swap execution facility, broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, or investment adviser. We do not operate a market, we do not set or make odds, we do not accept, hold, pool, or settle stakes, wagers, or deposits, and we do not hold customer funds in connection with prediction markets.

• Interface Only Where Prediction Alpha offers order entry, Blockcircle acts solely as a technical interface that transmits an instruction you have originated to a third-party venue. Any resulting transaction is entered into between you and that venue, is governed by that venue's own terms, and is executed through your own wallet or your own trade-only API credentials. Blockcircle is not a counterparty to your trade.
• Data Is Informational Prediction market prices, odds, volumes, and analysis shown in the Services are aggregated from third-party venues and public sources. They may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and they are not an offer, solicitation, or inducement to place any wager or trade.
• Not Advice Nothing in Prediction Alpha is investment, legal, tax, or gambling advice.
• Availability Varies The availability of Prediction Alpha, and of order entry within it, varies by jurisdiction. See § 4C.

Restricted Jurisdictions

Last updated: 2026-08-31

Prediction markets are regulated differently around the world and are treated as unlawful gambling in a number of countries. We restrict access to Prediction Alpha accordingly. A "Restricted Jurisdiction" is any country, territory, or region that Blockcircle designates as restricted from time to time. Restrictions are applied at one of three levels:

• Unavailable Prediction Alpha is not available at all. Market data, analytics, and order entry are all withheld.
• Restricted Market data and analysis remain available. Order entry is disabled, except on any specific venue we have expressly designated as available in that jurisdiction. You may still close or cancel a position you already hold.
• Available with notice The module is available and a jurisdiction notice is displayed.

Restrictions may also be applied per venue rather than per country: a venue that is lawfully available to you may remain enabled while another is disabled in the same jurisdiction.

The list of Restricted Jurisdictions and the level applied to each is maintained by Blockcircle, is informed by the restrictions that prediction market venues, financial sanctions authorities, and national regulators themselves apply, and may be changed at any time and without notice. A jurisdiction's absence from the list is not advice that your use is lawful where you are.

Your representations. Each time you access the Services you represent and warrant that: (a) you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing the Services from a Restricted Jurisdiction in respect of the features you are using; (b) you are not a person with whom dealing is prohibited under any applicable sanctions programme, and you are not owned or controlled by, or acting on behalf of, any such person; and (c) your use of the Services complies with every law that applies to you.

No circumvention. You must not use a VPN, proxy, Tor, relay, remote desktop, falsified residency or identity information, or any other means to disguise your location or to obtain access to a feature that is restricted where you are. Doing so is a material breach of these Terms. It does not make your use lawful, and it does not transfer to Blockcircle any responsibility for the consequences.

Our rights. We may, without prior notice and without liability to you: restrict, disable, or withdraw any feature in any jurisdiction; refuse, reverse, or decline to transmit any instruction; suspend or terminate your account; and withhold or unwind any benefit obtained through circumvention. Where we terminate an account for breach of this section, fees already paid are non-refundable.

We use IP-based geolocation and other signals to apply these restrictions. Geolocation is imperfect. If you believe a restriction has been applied to you in error, contact support@blockcircle.com.

Nothing in this section is legal advice about the law of your own country, and no restriction we apply (or decline to apply) should be read as a representation about the legality of prediction markets where you are. If you are in any doubt, take local legal advice before using Prediction Alpha.
