Spread an order over time from a simpler Terminal ticket

Advanced order types in the Terminal now sit in one section you can collapse, so the ticket stays simple until you need them. Distribute Over Time is a true TWAP: set a total duration and an interval, and it shows how many orders that splits into.

• On Hyperliquid, when a DCA tranche fills its stop-loss and take-profit are placed straight away instead of waiting.
• A new Trading tab in Settings lets you keep advanced options open by default and stop the risk notice reappearing on every trade.
