Will Qatar resume LNG production be confirmed?

Prediction market on kalshi. If any Source Agency explicitly confirms that LNG liquefaction at Qatar’s Ras Laffan Industrial City has resumed (i.e., Qatar/QatarEnergy has restarted LNG production trains) before May 1, 2026, then the market resolves to Yes.
