Prediction market on polymarket_us. This market will settle to Yes if Fernando Alonso wins pole position at the Pirelli Italian Grand Prix scheduled for September 6, 2026. Pole position is awarded to the driver who records the fastest official lap time in the Qualifying session (Q3), scheduled for September 5, 2026. If no qualifying session is held, pole position resolves to the driver declared by the governing body to start the race in pole position. If Fernando Alonso is replaced by a reserve or substitute driver between market creation and race start, the market will remain valid and Fernando Alonso will reference the reserve or substitute driver for purposes of resolution.
