Crypto rankings now use real price history only

Some crypto return figures in the Asset Outperformer Engine were filled in from other time periods instead of real prices. Those estimates are gone, so rankings, outperformance counts and conviction now come only from returns measured on real price history for every coin. See the crypto tab.
