Set trading limits and a kill switch on connected accounts

Cap what automated trading can do on each connected account: the largest single order, the most it can trade in a day, how many orders per day and how many positions open at once. Each account also has a kill switch that halts its trading. Set the limits once under Connected Accounts and every account inherits them.
