Prediction market on manifold. Resolves YES if a nuclear fission or NO if a nuclear fusion power plant is operational, whichever happens first (market to be extended if necessary). The reactor must be located in Germany and electricity must be fed into the grid (reactors only for research or isotope production don't count).
