Prediction market on manifold. This question resolves as “yes” if before the end of 2035, the Economic Freedom of the World Index (Fraser) or the Index of Economic Freedom (Heritage/WSJ) ranks any country’s economic freedom score at 9.5/95 or higher, respectively.
