Will I get Lumina before 2030?

Prediction market on manifold. I currently believe that Lumina is effective at preventing cavities and am interested in getting it. I would, at a given time, be willing to pay 100 USD if I didn't believe that the cost would decline significantly thereafter. Will I get it before 2030?
