Will messaging apps with end-to-end encryption (like Signal) be banned in a majority of G7 nations by the end of 2030?

Prediction market on manifold. Will resolve YES if four of the seven nations in G7 (France, United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, Italy and Canada) have banned messaging apps that use end-to-end encryption, or have otherwise made these apps non-functional or non-private when used in those nations. Will resolve NO if these apps are still legal and functional in at least four of the seven nations that comprise G7.
