This market will resolve as true if the United States of America enacts a law on the subject of firearms-making information or speech, to which both the Second Amendment Foundation and the Electronic Frontier Foundation have publicly stated their opposition. (Examples would include a law mandating filters in 3D printers or a law restricting distribution of CAD files or other information on manufacturing a firearm)
