Anyone indicted for insider trading or market manipulation for 4/7/25 events?

Prediction market on manifold. This resolves to YES if at least one person is indicted for insider trading and/or market manipulation, for events related to stock market movements that occured on 4/7/2025, including but not limited to the spike in the morning. Resolves to NO if no one has been indicted by the market close on 03/01/2027.
