What will Russia's democracy index be in 2026, as per the Economist Intelligence Unit's Democracy report?

Prediction market on manifold. The score is from 0 to 10. Russia's score in 2021 was 3.24. If the Democracy report is not published that year, or Russia doesn't exist anymore, I will resolve ambiguous. I also created another question that is indentical to this one, but conditional on Putin not being in power. I want to compare the two results.
