Was the Bhopal disaster caused by sabotage?

Prediction market on manifold. Resolves once I'm 90% certain either way. The sabotage theory by Union Carbide (https://web.archive.org/web/20231201230805/https://www.bhopal.com/bhopal-tragedy-cause.html) seems pretty strong, however the surrounding context would suggest anything they say to have a non-positive correlation with truth. I'm currently around 60% and intent to do in-depth research at some point in the future when I have the time.
