Prediction market on manifold. Only one resolves YES. Europe for purposes of adding new answers etc. is considered any nation with parts within geographical europe. Issue includes issue of issue etc. Not necessary, but appreciated if names are given as on wikipedia when adding options. Resolves as soon as I get to it after the monarch has ceremonially or by decree (but only if no ceremony is held) assumed the throne, and the market will be extended until it happens.
