Prediction market on manifold. Resolves to the next Ballon d'Or winner who makes an MLS appearance. (So cannot resolve to Messi or another player who already has satisfied both requirements). If a player who is already in MLS wins their first Ballon d'Or trophy while in MLS, it will resolve to them.
