The real reasons, i.e. humans dying/losing power/being enslaved by direct action of independent AIs, or by independent AIs tricking people into doing bad things. AIs helping people do bad stuff or say bad words doesn't count. He's got to be out there in public saying he's going to stop supporting releasing models, calling on stopping this behavior, or obviously equivalent belief set ("we must destroy all computers/nuke all GPUs" is considered equivalent) i.e. he will be hard core AI safety pilled by the deadline, and we will definitely know this from his public statements. FB just stopping releasing open source stuff doesn't count. He's got to be out there saying this. I'm also going to consider that if he has been killed by rogue AIs or is being held hostage/incommunicado by AI then this can resolve YES. A bad human using an AI to kill him is not the same thing.
