Will the LHC discover any more elementary particles?

Prediction market on manifold. This market will resolve YES if experiments with the LHC ever discover a new elementary particle (other than the Higgs boson which they have already discovered). It resolves NO if the LHC is shut down permanently, destroyed, or otherwise taken out of commission forever, without discovering such a particle.
