Will U.S. two-dollar bills be discontinued before 2030?

Prediction market on manifold. Contrary to popular belief, two dollar bills have been in regular production since 1976. If the United States discontinues them before 12:00 AM January 1, 2030 Eastern Time, this market will resolve to YES. Otherwise, this market will resolve to NO.
