Will Discord file for an IPO before 2027?

Prediction market on manifold. This market will resolve YES if Discord, the instant messaging platform, files an S-1 form with the Securities and Exchange Comission before market close. The market will resolve NO if: Discord does not file before market close Discord is acquired by another company before filing Discord ceases operations before filing Only an official S-1 filing with the SEC will be considered. For example, Discord informally announcing that they are planning to IPO but not yet filing an S-1 would not count. Confidential submissions will not count until they are made public.
