What is it socially acceptable to trade mana for?

Prediction market on manifold. It is against the rules to sell mana for money. But plenty of users trade mana for personal favors that may not occur fully within the Manifold platform. What can an otherwise respected, high-balance user can get away with without being called out by users or chided by Manifold deputies? (Any links to policy pages or Discord chats that clarify these norms would be much appreciated!)
