Will there be a space station with artificial gravity by June 2026?

Prediction market on manifold. This question resolves Yes if, on or before the close date, there is a space station which has artificial gravity (presumably to be achieved by rotation). The gravity must be at least 0.05g at the strongest, and the rotation of the station must have been intentionally effected, specifically for the purpose of creating artificial gravity.
