Who will be the next person appointed to the Supreme Court of the United States?

Prediction market on manifold. Resolves to the name of the next individual to be confirmed by the U.S. Senate as a new Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States. This does not include elevating a current Justice to the position of Chief Justice. If multiple entries for the same individual are submitted, I will resolve to the earliest submission.
