Will Trump give himself the Medal of Honor while in office?

Prediction market on manifold. The market resolves YES if Trump awards himself the Medal of Honor while he is in office. The market resolves NO if he does not. If he stays president after the 20th of January, 2029, I will extend the question's length. Background In his first term, Trump recounted trying to give himself the medal after visiting Iraq but was talked out of it by his advisers. Trump has suggested changing the law so he can give himself the Congressional Medal of Honor. Edit: If he has someone else award him the medal, I would count that, too
