Prediction market on manifold. Resolves to the first cyclist to win (could be in different years) the Giro d'Italia, Tour de France and La Vuelta a España. The last rider to do so was Chris Froome that completed winning the three Grand Tours in 2018. Of currently active riders, Primoz Roglic and Nairo Quintana are missing the Tour de France, and Egan Bernal and Tadej Pogacar are missing La Vuelta a España. All other active riders have only won at most one Grand Tour each.
